KYC (CUSTOMER DIAGNOSIS) POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

By registering with Betinbet and by using the services, you consent to authentication checks (“KYC Controls”) that may be carried out by us or authorized third parties, including legal regulatory bodies.

During these checks:

  • Your withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
  • If you provide misleading, incomplete or incompatible information, your account is immediately Can be closed.

2. LEGAL AGE VERIFICATION

  • All transactions are considered invalid,

3. IDENTITY VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

In the following cases, Betinbet may require you to verify your identity and document:

  1. Fraud, money laundering or suspected crime
  2. Questioning the accuracy of the submitted documents
  3. Violation of the terms of use
  4. Other security situations that the company deems necessary

4. MINIMUM DOCUMENT LIST

Basic information requested:

  • Name Surname
  • Date of Birth
  • Citizenship
  • Residence Address
  • ID number

Required documents:

  • Valid ID or passport
  • Address-based invoice (electricity, water, bank statement, etc.)

Additional documents (if needed):

  • Driver's license or additional official ID
  • A selfie showing your face with your clear identity
  • Card front page (first 6 and last 4 digits + name and SKT visible)

5. FUND SOURCE DOCUMENTS

If deemed necessary, you may be asked to prove the legal source of the money you have deposited:

  • Payroll / retirement / dividend documents
  • Bank statements in your name
  • Foundation, inheritance, reward or compensation documents

6. REASONS FOR REJECTION

The documents you provide may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • Documents that do not match your address/surname information
  • Unreadable or falsified documents
  • Invalid document types (e.g. postal envelope)
  • Other reasons that the company does not deem appropriate

7. IN CASE OF KYC INFRINGEMENT

When KYC policy is not followed, Betinbet:

  • May reject your application,
  • You can close your account without explanation,
  • Can cancel current winnings,
  • It may permanently suspend services.

8. ANONYMOUS AND MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

  • Accounts opened anonymously or with a pseudonym are not allowed.
  • Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are closed.
  • Earnings are deleted, only investments are refunded if possible.

9. POLITICAL INFLUENCERS (PEP)

People with political influence (PEP) – i.e. public officials, government administrators, those with access to public funds – are subject to private supervision. Family members and partners associated with these people are also covered. High-amount transactions or funds from risky areas are examined with special care.
